4 cups (500 g) All-purpose flour

2 cups (180 g) Rolled oats

8 tsp Baking powderI used the mix of cream of tartar (100 g), flour (10 g), ammonium (8 g) and baking soda (50 g)

8 tsp Cinnamon Powder

2 1/2 tsp Ground nutmeg

2 tsp Allspice

2 tsp Salt

1 1/2 tsp Cloves

8 Eggs

8 tbsp (120 g) ButterYou may substitute it with margarine.

2 cups (400 g) Sugar

2 cup (560 g) Greek yogurtYou can make it at home: take 2 cups (480 g) of milk, boil it, let it cool until it's warm. Then add 1 tbsp of greek yogurt (or sour cream), whisk, put in jars (leave some space!) and screw on lids. Leave in warm place for 6 hours.

1 cup (200 g) ApplesauceI used the homemade applesauce. It's quite easy to make: take 3 pound (1350 g) of apples, 1/2 cup of water or apple juice/cider (120 g), juice of 1/2 lemon, 1/4 cup (50 g) sugar. Combine, cook on medium heat for 15 minutes, stirring, and process in blender. Store in the fridge or cook right away!
