200 grams Chicken Breast Instead of meat you can use bacon

If you don’t know what to cook for dinner or lunch, choose pasta. This dish is universal and is appropriate for everybody. Spaghetti with tomatoes you can cook, for example, for lunch and it will be very substantial and healthy because this recipe consists of only good ingredients. Moreover, you can cook it the whole year. On summer we have fresh tomatoes, in winter use pickled tomatoes. It will be even better because as a result you will have an interesting flavour. If you are lover of pasta you will enjoy this recipe. It combines cream flavour with savoury flavour of meat. Recipe is divided into two steps. The first one is spaghetti and the second one is sauce. It makes your dish more substantial and delicious, also this is the best fast garnish. Vegetable or any other light salad supplements your main dish. If you want to make this recipe low fat, use wholegrain spaghetti (usually it has brown colour), low fat sour cream and less butter. Put your heart and soul into cooking and you will have the best result!



Be sure you have all you need for this dish. Chicken breast (if you want to make it fatter, use bacon, but instead of chicken you can also buy turkey breast), tomatoes (cherry tomatoes or big), wholegrain spaghetti, butter, sour cream, cheese (any you like: Parmesan, processed cheese), seasoning for meat and salt. Also you should prepare frying pan and saucepan.


Wash under cold water tomatoes. If you have cherry tomatoes, cut it in two, but if you took big tomatoes cut it into four. Now you can start boil spaghetti, just pour cold water into the saucepan and bring water to boil, add a pinch of salt.


The next step is meat. Wash it under cold water and slice. It looks like bacon. If you keep a diet and you don't want to make this recipe fatter remove all fat from chicken. Add seasoning to taste, use special seasoning for chicken or any meat you chose.


Now heat the frying pan. Don't forget, it must be dry and clean. Put butter into the frying pan.


Add meat to butter immediately and start frying on medium fire. Stir it from time to time and don't let to be slightly burnt.


So, fry for about 5-7 minutes and when it gets gold put it on the paper towel. Excess fat will stream down and meat will be more succulent.


Then put tomatoes and start frying in butter where you were frying meat. Stir it.


Fry for about 4-5 minutes and add sour cream. Mix it good and now tomatoes are stewing in its own juice and in sour cream. Be careful and don't add any seasoning because tomatoes have saturated flavour.


Now add chicken to tomatoes and stew for 5 minutes. When it is ready turn off the fire and keep it in the frying pen under the lid. Chicken will saturate with tomatoes.


Now put spaghetti into boiled water and cook for 7-8 minutes. Stir it because if you let it boil pasta can stick to the edges of saucepan.


When it will be ready, put spaghetti to colander and wash properly under cold water. It helps to prevent adhesion. Then fry it for 5 minutes. It will add savour to spaghetti. Don't add any oil because spaghetti will be too fat.


Time to serve! Our spaghetti and sauce are ready to be served on your table. Grate cheese and spread on the top of tomatoes. You've got delicious, healthy, fast and cheap meal for everyday lunch. You can bring it to work or study and be sure you will be full of energy for a long time. Every ingredient add an interesting smack.
