There is nothing better than a slice of warm pumpkin cake for your breakfast. The aroma of various spices, like cardamom, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg that are traditionally added to pumpkin pie spice, makes this pastry alluring even to those who don’t like eating pumpkin on its own.

Gather all the items mentioned in the list. Preheat the oven to 180°С (360°F) and prepare the sheet pan. Oil it and set aside.
