It is very fine and convenient to have a versatile recipe of meal that can not only feed hungry members of your family, but if such food also can to surprise guests. The preparation of the pork tenderloin with potato and mushrooms in the oven  is such a kind of meal. At first, it is a very hunger-satisfying food that combines proteins (pork meat), fat (meat and olive oil) and carbohydrates (potatoes). At second, the good availability of ingredients in all shops plays very important role. At third, the method of preparation affects powerfully to the taste characteristics of the quality of the final product. When food is baking, so there more nutrients retain, than if a frying method will be used. Therefore, pork tenderloin with mushrooms and potatoes in the oven will not only be a delicious meal, but also it will be not harmful and very useful for your body.



First, prepare the sauce (marinade for meat). Put 200 ml of mayonnaise in a large bowl. Add 50 g of curry. If you like more spicy food, you can add more curry. Add half of a small spoon of turmeric and a full small spoon of salt. Next, add 2 small spoons of dried herbs (parsley and dill) and 1 die for broth (previously ground cube). The resulting mixture is needed to be mixed thoroughly.


Take the pork tenderloin. 500 grams of tenderloin will be sufficient. Rinse pork tenderloin under warm running water, blot it with a napkin and put it on the board. Cut the pork tenderloin into slices not thicker than 1 cm.


Place the pork tenderloin in a bowl with the marinade. Stir so that the marinade completely covers all the pieces of meat. The meat will marinate for two hours.


While meat is marinating, prepare the potatoes. Wash 3 kg of potatoes. Clean the potato. Cut the potatoes into thin slices (0.3-0.7 cm).


Spread a parchment onto large baking. The baking should be deep. Put the potatoes on a baking sheet, but first put some sauce (from meat) to potato. After you lay out the half of potatoes in a single layer, the other half should not be greased in sauce, and you just need to put them on top. Slightly salt the top layer of potatoes.


Put the pork tenderloin on potato. Try to put the pieces evenly.


Put the sliced mushrooms to the meat. You can use pickled mushrooms from the can. If you want, you can use any mushrooms, it is better that they are inert mushrooms, such mushrooms that their taste does not interrupt the taste of the meat.


Wash the tomatoes. Cut the tomatoes for thin slices. Arrange the tomatoes on a baking sheet.


Brush the tomatoes with olive oil using a cooking brush.


Put the pan in the oven (the oven should be heated up to 200 degrees). Cook for 1 hour at 200 degrees.


While the food is cooked, rub 500 grams of cheese. Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the cheese on the tomatoes. Put the baking in the oven for another 10 minutes.


Remove the pan from the oven. Wait 10-15 minutes until the tenderloin becomes cool. Then you can put the food on a dish and enjoy the taste of a great pork tenderloin.
