Pasta bolognese is a traditional dish in Bologna, Italy. This recipe is so easy and fast, so you can cook it for lunch or even for dinner. Moreover, it will be a good idea for the festive table, because it looks very presentable. All the ingredients you can find in your kitchen. This pasta is so delicious and substantial and you don’t have to cook something as garnish. If you keep a diet you may also eat it because any type of pasta can be used: wholegrain pasta or durum wheat macaroni. In my case I chose pennoni pasta and it is so tasty. The most important step is to cook the sauce. Concerning meat, defer to your taste. I used the chicken breast and I have made the ground meat at home. In the original recipe you should use the beef or pork. So, this dish don’t require any special skills that is why you can cook it in a short time.
Be sure you have all the ingredients for this recipe: ground meat, sunflower or olive oil, pasta, red onion, 2 cloves of garlic, tomato paste and the frying pan. You can buy any ready-made ground meat, but if you want to make it at home, buy 2 chicken breasts or any other meat that you prefer. I have made it by myself. Below you can see how to do it.
So, if you decided to make the ground meat, it is much better because you are sure that your ground meat is totally clean. Take the chicken fillet and wash it under cold water. Then cut it into small slices, remove all veins and fat. Mince the meat. If you want you can mince meat with onion and garlic.
When sauce and pasta are done, serve it. For the first, put the pasta and then bolognese sauce. This dish also may be served with lasagne or light vegetable salad.
