Ingredients
-
600 g Pizza crustIf you want to make it at home, mix 2 eggs (I used one goose egg instead) with 500 ml of milk in the breadmaker. Add there 150 ml of oil and pour 1200 g of flour. Add 70 g of sugar and 20 g of salt, make a little pit in the center of flour and add 12 g of instant yeast. Choose the mode "Yeasted dough". Then put it into the fridge overnight. This way your dough will be crustier. This amount serves 4 pizzas.
-
250 g Mussels
-
180 g CheeseUse semihard cheese, for instance, Tilsiter.
-
30 g Mustard greensYou may substitute them with purple or dino kale, or you can also try turnip greens of such varieties as Round Red, Shogoin, and White Egg. If you cannot find those, you can always go for spinach and a pinch of black pepper instead.
-
10g Parsley
-
5 g Green onions
-
1/4 teaspoon Salt
-
1/2 teaspoon Paprika
-
150 g Tomato sauceI used the homemade tomato sauce
Directions
Choosing a pizza for your lunch is always a convenient option, as it doesn’t require much time to prepare. And it can be even faster if you already have the dough. So if you’re having some unexpected guests, that’s the easiest way to follow. They won’t forget this unusual combination of mussels with some greens that aren’t served raw like it’s often suggested nowadays. Enjoy!
