3/4 tsp Kosher Salt
150 g Onions Regular yellow onions are absolutely okay for this soup
300 g Potatoes
60 g Sun-dried Tomatoes Drain them beforehand to reduce the oils
60 g Sunflower oil
500 ml water Boil it and let the water sit on the stove to save some time later
