Ingredients

Directions

Making another serving of healthy smoothie isn’t a problem during hot summer days when there are lots of berries around. To make it even more impactful, add some milk thistle fiber powder. This plant is famous for its flavonoids helping to improve the immune reaction of your body. Polyunsaturated fatty acids are included too, just like excellent quality proteins.

Steps

1
Done

Start with preparations to make sure all your carrots are cut, cherries are pitted, and strawberries are rinsed and hulled with greens removed.

2
Done

Because sour cherries have thicker skin, you should place them first in your blender.

3
Done

Add the slices of baby carrots to your blender jug.

4
Done

Pour the fiber powder over the cut carrots.

5
Done

Transfer your strawberries into the glass jug.

6
Done

Sprinkle the cinnamon over the fruit mix.

7
Done

Carefully add your honey. You may reduce the amount if you prefer less sweet smoothies.

8
Done

Pour the milk into a blender container.

9
Done

Combine everything with a wooden spoon to prevent the fiber from clumping. You won't face this issue if you're using an immersion blender.

10
Done

Three-five minutes will be enough to intermix all the ingredients, but the exact time depends on the capacity of your blender.

11
Done

When your strawberry smoothie is ready and uniform, pour it into glasses and decorate each of them with a berry.

12
Done

You may also freeze some smoothie to get the refreshing ice cream. Don't forget to add more strawberry halves for the best taste ever.
