For the first, prepare all that you need for recipe. If you bought buns in the shop, just pass this step. For buns you will need two teaspoons of dry yeast, 300 grams of milk and 600 grams of flour. I used wholegrain flower because it is more healthy than ordinary white flour. Also you can use oat flour or any other. For the filling you need 300 grams of minced meat (I used veal but you can buy any that you like, even mixed meat), milk, one big tomato, three pickled cucumbers, any cheese, ketchup, leaves of green salad (I used leaves of cabbage), onion, vinegar 6%, water, sugar (3 tablespoons), salt, pepper and sunflower oil for frying. Also you may use olive oil or any other you like. Don't forget about seasoning for meat, the best if you choose special seasoning for meat that you use. |

Start knead the dough. The best if you start to knead it with mixer, do it on high speed for 3 minutes and then by hand. If you use planetary mixer, knead for 4 minutes. Dough must be light and elastic. When dough doesn't stick to your hands and it keeps form cover it with wet towel and leave for 2 hours. After two hours dough will expand twice as much. |

Now cut dough into 6 equal pieces. Cover these pieces with wet towel and leave for 15-20 minutes. After this time form equal buns for burgers from each piece. Wrap each edge into the centre, under the bun. As a result you will have accurate buns. Put them to the baking sheet on parchment paper. Don't smear parchment paper with butter. Now flatten buns to give it flattened form. Now cover buns with wet towel for one hour and a half. Buns should rise. Leave it in place where is no draught. |
