There are planty of different recipes of fruit salad, you can find the one you like the most. The very appropriate season for fruit salad is summer because only in summer we have enough seasonal fruits. You don’t have to spend a lot of time to cook it because it contains only fresh fruits and one liquid base – yoghurt. If you cook it in autumn or in winter it is the best way to remind summertime. This recipe is good for lovers of the combination of fresh fruits. The main thing is to find the best mix, the right combination of fruits which supplement each other. If you cook any fruit salad recipe don’t forget about nutritional value of this dish. For the first, it should contain a lot of vitamins, healthy ingredients. For example, pomegranat is rich in K, C, B6, B9 vitamins, orange in vitamin A, B1, B2, C, apples in C, B1, B2, P, E, banana in potassium and magnesium. Also pomegranate is notable for it’s good influence on heart and on digestive tract, also it prevents an appearance of cancer. Orange is the best ingredients which strengthen immunity, apples helps to avoid problems with digestive tract and liver, also it descreases the level of cholesterol in the blood. Fruit salad is real vitamin cocktail! This salad will help to cheer you up in cosy winter evening because the taste is multifaceted and rich.  Also one important thing is an interesting serving, this recipe is notable for it. Oranges are used like filling and like plates for all salad. Moreover it is an ideal alternative for vitamins in pills. Fruit salad you can cook for breakfast, lunch and use it like fast snack at home. If you like ice-cream you can even freeze it. This is a fresh, delicious, healthy and fast recipe for every day.



Our cooking starts with preparing ingredients. You will need fruits. You can modify this recipe, it depends on your taste. You may add any fruit you like. So, this recipe contains one banana, two oranges, one half of pomegranate, one half of an apple and 200 grams of any yoghurt. I used yoghurt with strawberry taste and it collocates the best with oranges.


We start with preparing of our plates for salad. Divide in two oranges.


Delete carefully the pulp of an orange. Use a sharp knife and teaspoon. You can leave a little bit of pulp there.


Then take scissors or very sharp knife and cut little sprockets along the edges of and orange like in the photo. Now we have our plates for salad. It looks funny.


Now we can start chopping fruits. Chop all the pulp. Remove all seeds and veins. Orange pulp must be in pieces.


Take one banana and peel it. Choose ripe banana because salad will be more sweet.


Cut banana into thin pieces.


Then take one half of an apple. If you want more apple taste in the salad just add one.


Cut an apple into small pieces. We add apple the last because after chopping it may get darken. You may sprinkle an apple with lemon juice, it lighten apple but adds a little bit of sourness.


Now mix all the ingredients in the deep bowl. Don't add any sugar or honey because this salad contains sweet fruits which adds a lot of sweetness.


Pour all yoghurt to the bowl and stir all good.


Now take our little bowls and add two-three tablespoons of the salad.


Now finish salad with pomegranate. Decorate it like in the photo. Our recipe is done and ready to be served. This is an interesting idea for guests, it looks unusually and delicious. Also this recipe is appropriate for smorgasbord, each guest has his own portion of the dessert. It is also a great substitute of a cake, it is more healthy and low-calorie. Each ingredient add a piquant note of taste which turns into general taste. Try to cook this salad for your family!
