1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder Or use ½ teaspoon, if cinnamon is freshly grated.
1 glass (200-250 grams) Sugar The exact amount is determined by the sweetness of your fruit.
3 Large eggs If free-ranged eggs are used, the color and aroma of the pie will surprise you!
50 g Margarine You may substitute margarine with butter.
1 slice (around 30-40 g) White bread The homemade white bread was used.
1 kg Baking Apples Select sour sorts of apples, for instance, Granny Smith.

This pie doesn’t require a plethora of ingredients, and you won’t have to spend the whole evening at the kitchen. Due to its deliciousness and easiness, this variety of pastry will surely become one of your everyday cakes. It can be somewhat altered by adding new spices (nutmeg, cardamom, vanilla, ginger can enhance the flavor of apples) or berries. You may also decrease the overall amount of apples and partly substitute them with some pears or plums. Have much fun with experimenting when it comes to this recipe!

Prepare all ingredients for this recipe: all-purpose flour, margarine, eggs, a slice of white bread, sugar, cinnamon powder, baking powder, and, of course, sour apples.

Dry a slice of white bread in the microwave or ordinary oven, break it into smaller pieces and put into grinder.

Grind bread, until breadcrumbs are tiny. Put aside.

Start cutting and coring the apples. You may also peel them.

Put aside sliced and cored apples. If you want them stay white, sprinkle apples with fruit vinegar or lemon juice - that will also provide more unique flavor to them.
