Pasta or spaghetti – is, as we all know, the most famous and popular Italian dish.

It is served to the table with different spices.

The Creamy spaghetti sauce is the most recommended sauce for spaghetti.

It is very simple and easy to cook such sauce.

It was first cooked in France.

Seasoning-fill is universal and it is suitable for fish, meat, seafood, vegetables, pizza, and of course, to the aforementioned spaghetti.

Dishes cooked with this sauce are characterized as tender and light.

And do not be afraid of difficulties: they disappear as soon as you have a couple of times cook pasta sauce. The recipe is reduced mainly to the fact that all you need it is to wash, chop and mix. The required amount can be procured in a day and then used for a week, and store in the refrigerator. You can freeze your creamy spaghetti sauce and then when you are suddenly visited by guests, you can get the sauce and reheat it in the microwave.



Take all the ingredients that you need: mushrooms, tomatoes, onion, dried cream, squash caviar, basil, dried parsley, olive oil, salt.


Pour a small amount of olive oil in a frying pan. Slice the onion into small pieces. As long as you cut the onion, the oil will be heated (just wait for two minutes). Put the onions in the pan. Mix the onions.


Sprinkle cream powder into a glass. Pour boiling water into cream. On one part of dry cream you will need nearly 2 parts of boiling water. Cream need to stay for some time. If you want, you can use not dried cream but "liquid" one with a 15-20% of the fat – if you have such, use it without a dilution.


Do not forget to mix the onions. Slice the tomatoes into small pieces. When you see that onions have got a golden color, put tomatoes and mushrooms into the pan. The mushrooms are needed to be cut into cubes. You can use any mushrooms. Here are used pre-cooked until tender boletus. Mix all ingredients in a pan. Put the salt and mix again.


Take the squash caviar. If you don't have a squash caviar, you can take a little squash, a bulgarian pepper and a carrot. Cut it into cubes and chop on a grater. So you can get the squash caviar in such way. Put the squash caviar into the pan. Put also the basil and the dried parsley into the pan. Mix. Cook it for 5 minutes and mix constantly.


Put the cream into the pan. Mix. After two minutes of cooking the creamy spaghetti sauce is ready. You can eat it in a such way or you can blend it to reach more lightness.


Blend the creamy spaghetti sauce during 3 minutes on the highest speed of your blender.


Put your creamy spaghetti sauce on spaghetti or any kind of pasta (first you need to boil the pasta). Decorate the dish cooked by you with fresh herbs (parsley, dill, basil or many others that you like). Enjoy the taste!
