Ingredients

Directions

This marvelous American dish won’t let you stay hungry, as this chili crock pot is considered a nice source of fiber and proteins. Niacin, phosphorus, potassium and manganese are also covered, together with thiamin, vitamin B6 and also a plenty of selenium.

Steps

1
Done

Start beforehand, as soaking the beans will take a plenty of time. Measure all the spices and liquids.

2
Done

After four hours, your white beans are ready to get boiled. Just don't forget to wash them before further cooking.

3
Done

Let the beans get cooked, that will take about 15-20 minutes.

4
Done

Carefully clean your bulbs, rinse.

5
Done

Dice the onions, slice your garlic cloves.

6
Done

Take your beans away from the stove.

7
Done

Once the oil is warm enough. cook your bulbs as usual. Wait until they turn golden.

8
Done

Transfer the minced meat into the skillet and stir it with a wooden spatula.

9
Done

Sprinkle some salt and all the spices, except red hot peppers.

10
Done

Put all the white beans over your base with minced meat.

11
Done

Immediately add the sauce.

12
Done

Intermix the crashed tomatoes with your pork base.

13
Done

Let the ready mass slightly cool down, as you shouldn't place too hot liquids into ceramics. Otherwise you might spoil your crock pot.

14
Done

Use a laddle to transfer the mass with minced meat into a pot.

15
Done

Top the mass with dried chilli peppers.

16
Done

Close the crock pot and cook it for an hour.

17
Done

In an hour, your chili crock pot is ready to get enjoyed. Serve with a splash of sour cream and scallions.
